The B.S. in Construction Management program offers a concentration along with a Minor in Real Estate. The aim of real estate courses is to provide the students with the necessary knowledge and skill sets required to create and maintain built environment for living, working, and entertainment purposes.
Relevant issues include project finance, real estate as investment, real estate law, and market analysis.
Along with students enrolled in the B.S. in Construction Management program, there are rich pools of Drexel University students in other majors who might benefit from the Minor in Real Estate. The minor requires eight courses, for a total of 24 credits, and the concentration which is completed within the B.S., programs requires six courses, with a total of 18 credits.
