Drexel’s BS/MBA offers select candidates an opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Science and an MBA degree simultaneously. The result is a powerful, nationally recognized credential from one of the country’s most established providers of higher education.
BS/MBA candidates can earn their credential in five years and choose an undergraduate major to match their career goals in one of the three following disciplines:
This accelerated degree program is ideal for academically qualified students who are interested in a management and leadership. Students enjoy the best of Drexel’s unique benefits and participate in two co-operative placements (for their undergraduate and graduate coursework) that require six months of full-time work in a position related to their field of interest.
Undergraduate coursework follows Drexel’s signature interdisciplinary, collaborative approach that encourages students to become problem-solving leaders who can work in a team. A balance of rigorous academics and practical training in Drexel’s state-of-the-art facilities, including its professional kitchens and student-run Academic Bistro prepares students to tackle the many challenges they will confront in the real world.
During their final year, students earn an MBA from Drexel’s LeBow College of Business and acquire the skills of strategic management, managerial finance, international business, entrepreneurship, leadership, and ethics. When applied to the technological and practical expertise they have acquired at undergraduate level, students’ academic accomplishment translates to an exceptional qualification, preparing them for a high level, executive career.
