The M.S. in Professional Studies with a concentration in Human Resource Development (HRD) is designed to meet a critical need found in many organizations: to produce human development leaders in learning organizations, who work with people to align organizational learning with organizational goals.
Six major strategies will serve as core goals for six related courses. These strategy objectives will also serve as program outcomes for evaluating program effectiveness in organizational learning and strategy, coaching and mentoring, implementing and evaluating change, performance competencies, consulting, designing and developing multimedia applications for learning and development of human resources.
