For nearly 10 years Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts and Food Science students have been preparing wonderful three-course meals for a mere nine dollars. Many of our loyal patrons wonder out-loud, “How can they do that?” Well, the answer is — we can’t any longer. The price for lunch is going up to a whopping $12!
Lunch will still be three delicious courses, created by our students with iced tea, coffee and hot tea included. Imaginative, tasty and abundant—lunch at the Bistro is still the best bargain in the city!
