With each reservation, you’ll be supporting students in our Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, and Food Science program.
The Bistro (Paul Peck PSR Building, 6th floor, 33rd and Arch Streets) re-opens this week for the winter term, serving lunch every Tuesday and Wednesday, and dinner every Thursday. Lunch seatings are at noon; dinner seatings are at 6 p.m.
