A Quarter-Century of Unparalleled Hospitality Education
Drexel’s Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts and Food Science was introduced in 1986 with one undergraduate program, the B.S. in Hospitality Management. Today, there are three undergraduate, two graduate, two certificate, and three accelerated B.S./M.B.A. programs. All degrees have a business orientation, teaching students leadership and management skills within the context of their chosen field.
