The September 13 issue of the Philadelphia Daily News featured an opinion piece written by Goodwin College’s Dr. Charles A. Williams III. Dr. Williams is an assistant clinical professor for the School of Education and director of the Center for the Prevention of School-Aged Violence. His article focused on the ongoing issue of violence in Philadelphia schools and accountability of both parents and district officials in prevention of violence among students.
