Lean Six Sigma: Green Belt Course Scheduled for January

The Lean Six Sigma method is designed to help professionals maximize their efficiency while reducing costs and increasing productivity. The method is widely used throughout many industries, and now you can become a leading expert – or “Green Belt” – of the practice.

Learn “Lean” theory, become familiar with the terminology and practices, and determine how you can best measure your success. Project management is also enhanced through the Lean Six Sigma methodology, from initial planning stages to closing. In studying to become a Green Belt, you’ll unlock the secrets to successfully facilitating and completing a wide variety of projects.
