p>The School of Education’s Collaborative for Sustainable and Regenerative Learning (CSRL) will present its first annual fall workshop entitled “Creating A Sustainable Future for Your Students” on November 12 and 13. During this workshop, participants will learn to create a learning community that engages participants in hands-on activities that combine systems thinking, sustainable economics, and the science of sustainability. This two-day workshop is designed to increase participants’ awareness, knowledge, and understanding of the core concepts and habits of mind that characterize sustainable living and working toward a sustainable future for our children.

SoE Presents First Part of Digital Games Seminar Series, November 2, 2010

The School of Education is pleased to announce a four-part seminar series titled "Digital Games: Teaching, Learning and Assessment." The series will begin with a seminar on November 2, followed by seminars on January 17, March 22, and May 17. The seminar series brings some of the best minds conducting research and investigating digital games and virtual technologies and their role in teaching, learning, and assessment.
