Dr. Joyce Pittman, associate clinical professor of Higher Education and Educational Leadership and Management, will speak at the New York Times Schools for Tomorrow conference this Thursday, Sept. 22 at the TimesCenter in New York.
The conference, which focuses on technology and education’s use of it, will bring together from across the nation 400 influential leaders in education, government, technology, and industry. Pittman will participate in the college environment session, offering her expertise on what the ideal academic environment should look like in the future, and how to create classrooms that are more conducive to learning.
