(Philadelphia – Oct. 18, 2011)—Goodwin College is pleased to announce “Leading and Learning for Sustainability,” a three-day workshop on Dec. 7-9 led by Dr. Peter M. Senge. Additional leading practitioners from Sustainability Leadership will be contributing as well. The workshop will examine sustainability from a business standpoint, and how you can incite organizational change. Reassess your role within your organization, and learn to hone your strategy to take advantage of opportunities presented within or to your organization. Participants will learn to acknowledge their own accomplishments; sketch out a sustainability development plan; collaborate across boundaries; and progress from problem-solving to creating. The workshop will also allow participants to connect and network with other like-minded business professionals. Dr. Senge is the founding chairman of the Society for Organizational Learning, senior lecture at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and author. He is a seasoned speaker on organizational theory and change, and frequently travels the world to share his expertise. Registration for the workshop is now open.
