Master of Science in Construction Management

The Master of Science in Construction Management is an online degree program that provides practitioners the technical competence and strong business acumen essential to the construction management industry.

The program, offered with three distinct concentrations, gives professionals the opportunity to develop the multidisciplinary skills required of effective construction managers. The curriculum focuses on training professionals to meet the challenge of increasing owner demands, tighter project delivery times and increasing regulation. The program provides the leadership skills professionals need to navigate the many daily challenges construction organizations face in successfully managing construction operations.

The M.S. program consists of a required five-course core curriculum (15 credits), eight courses in your selected concentration (24 credits), and a capstone course (six credits).
